Playing Career

Was originally signed by the Seattle Mariners in 1996 out of the independent Heartland League and spent eight years in their minor league system before Making his major League debut in 2003...Pitched in 73 major league games and went 4-2 with two saves and a 3.38 ERA between the Mariners (2003 & 2010) and San Diego Padres (2004 & 2006)...Spent three years in Japan pitching for the Nippon Ham Fighters, 2007-09...Overall pitched professionally for 18 seasons from 1996-2013.
