10-game homestand vs. Yankees, White Sox and Red Sox April 8-18

CLEVELAND, OH -  The Indians return to Progressive Field for a season-opening, 10-game homestand, which features a four-game series with the New York Yankees (April 8-11) and three game series against the Chicago White Sox (April 12-14) and Boston Red Sox (April 16-18).

4-3-2-1 CONCESSIONS INITIATIVE

Prices for many top-selling items have been reduced for the 2013 season. Most notably, hot dogs will start at $3 - a 33% reduction from 2012 -- and 12-ounce draft beers will be $4 each day. Soda refills will cost fans only $2. Plus, on 15 occasions in the 2013 season, hot dogs will start at $1: Sugardale will sponsor 15 Dollar Dog Nights at Progressive Field, a 67% jump in frequency for that popular promotion.

The $4, 12-ounce beer price extends to all domestic draft beer, including Yuengling, and also applies to the "Your Dad's Beer Stand," which features nostalgic brands such as Pabst Blue Ribbon, Iron City and Stroh's, among others.

RALLY ALLEY RETURNS FOR OPENING DAY, LEADS OFF PROMOTIONS SCHEDULE

Opening Day features one of 17 Rally Alleys presented by RTA, with broadcasts from SportsTime Ohio on select dates, live performers, concessions and more. Also featured on this year's promotional schedule:

  • 16 Fireworks nights
  • 12 KeyBank Kids Fun Days
  • 20 giveaways, including bobbleheads. Jerseys, T-shirts and caps

CONVENIENT, AFFORDABLE TRANSPORTATION

The Indians, in partnership with RTA, Ohio City Inc. and the City of Cleveland, once again will offer a free shuttle from the Ohio City area to Progressive Field for Friday and Saturday and, new this year, Thursday night home Indians games. The shuttle operates one hour before and one hour after each game, including on five Thursdays: April 11, April 18, May 30, August 8, September 19. It also will operate on Opening Day, April 8, for two hours before the game and one hour after.
