Cleveland, OH-Babies born at participating Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals during the 2014 Cleveland Indians season will receive a gift bag as part of the team's "Littlest Fans" program, presented by FirstMerit. "For more than165 years, FirstMerit has been committed to helping families in our communities," said JULIE C. TUTKOVICS, FirstMerit's Chief Marketing Officer. "The arrival of a new baby is an exciting event for any family. Working together with the Indians at this wonderful time is the perfect partnership of two local organizations committed to families."

The program is just one part of the Indians' family-focused initiatives for 2014. In addition to 11 kids-themed event days, the team has reduced concessions prices on many items, KeyBank Kids Value Tickets are new for 2014. Kids tickets now include $15 in loaded value for use at concession or merchandise stands; each fullprice adult ticket can include two KeyBank Kids Value Tickets. The Indians 4-3-2-1 initiative also returns, offering reduced concessions prices: $4 12- ounce domestic beer, $3 hot dogs, $2 soda refills and 13 $1 hot dog nights, presented by Sugardale. Plus, fireworks will return on 17 occasions, including the award-winning Rock N' Blast two-night spectacular.

The Indians Kids Clubhouse will return and again feature the Rookie Suite (geared toward kids ages 6 and under) and Slugger's Sandlot (for grade-school children). This year, the clubhouse again will be complemented by a Family Social Suite for parents active in social media. Information on all the team's family-focused efforts can be found at Indians.com.

"We strive to create memories, connect generations and celebrate families," said BOB DiBIASIO, the Indians Senior Vice President of Public Affairs. "The 'Littlest Fans' program is a perfect way to introduce Indians baseball to a new generation of Tribe fans."
